My experience as a contract staff at one of Nigeria's biggest commercial bank from 2013 to 2017 inspired me to start Pada Technologies Ltd. I witnessed firsthand how organizations struggle to manage employment responsibilities amid intense competition driven by evolving customer needs and technology.

Often, employees felt unappreciated despite their value. Simultaneously, business owners and managers grappled with recruiting and managing the right talent. I started Pada Technologies in 2019 to help organizations shoulder the responsibility of employee management, letting them focus on their core business.
