The Inspiration

My journey started as a contract staff at one of Nigeria’s largest commercial banks. Between 2013 and 2017, I witnessed firsthand how organizations struggled to manage workforce responsibilities amid intense competition. I saw employees who felt undervalued and business owners who grappled with the "Trust Deficit" of managing talent effectively.

I founded Pada Technologies in 2025 to help organizations shoulder the burden of staff management, allowing them to focus on their core business growth.
